From our central base at Twice Brewed near to Steel Rigg, we are the sole providers for Bike Hire on Hadrian's Wall. The bikes we provide are 'hybrids' - suitable for both on-road and off-road use, which can then be used for excursions On, Along and Off the Wall.

Cycling on the Hadrian's Wall Trail may not be possible, however we have some fantastic routes that overlook it, following quiet country lanes and tracks. So as to avoid too many steep climbs and rather than return along the route you have just cycled, we offer a 'One Way Linear Route' from Steel Rigg with a pick-up service for you and your bike, from either the Roman Army Museum at Walltown or the geograhical Centre of Britain, Haltwhistle.

If you would just like to go off and do your own thing for the day, Bikes can be hired for the day, with a drop-off and pick-up at either Steel Rigg Car Park or the Once Brewed Visitor Centre. Accessories such as helmets, panniers and hi-visibility jackets are also included should they be required.
